Who We Are

At Coliberation Wellness, we help organizations cultivate healthier, more balanced, and resilient communities through thoughtfully designed holistic wellness programs. We partner with recovery centers, mental health programs, corporations, and universities to deliver expertly facilitated practices including yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and sound healing—along with lectures, leadership development trainings, soft-skills workshops, and immersive retreats designed to strengthen communication, collaboration, and mindful leadership. Each offering can be customized to meet the unique needs of the organizations we serve.

Our programs include an on-demand video library, weekly livestream sessions, and customized in-person experiences ranging from workshops and lectures to corporate retreats. These offerings help participants reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm while supporting nervous system regulation and restoring greater physiological and emotional balance. As individuals become more grounded and present, they develop key leadership capacities such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

By integrating mindful movement, breath regulation, meditation, and sound-based practices, our programs support recovery from burnout, improve mental clarity, and cultivate sustainable resilience. These accessible, science-informed modalities enhance body awareness, emotional regulation, and present-moment focus—conditions that support creativity, effective leadership, and healthy team dynamics.
